Yellowbelly Food is a food and drink site dedicated to Lincolnshire, the biggest food producing county in the UK. We are committed to bringing you a variety of interesting food and drink information from the area.
A selection of features, interviews, campaigns and recipes will offer an insight into Lincolnshire’s produce.
The site is run by two third year journalism students from the University of Lincoln. Both Emma and Samantha specialise in print and online journalism, having a keen interest in food and drink.
Emma defies the student stereotype through her enthusiasm for good home cooking while Samantha has realised that local produce doesn’t have to cost the earth.
